The mid-palate shows notes of yellow apple, starfruit, and nectarine, with a delicate hint of flaky pastry. This wine finishes with well-rounded acidity and continues to develop mid-palate notes through the finish, featuring the subtlest hint of integrated oak from long élevage in predominantly neutral French oak barrels.
