Created in honour of partner Champlain Charest, this Grande Reserve Chardonnay channels a distinct Chablisienne character, offering a nose of Meyer lemon, white acacia flowers, and crushed seashells. The palate is taut and saline, driven by bright, citrusy acidity and a precise, mineral edge. A delicate thread of floral honey lingers on the finish. This is a wine of clarity and poise, echoing the limestone soils that define its Old-World counterpart.
