2020 Pinot Noir Tradition (750ml)

    Ontario Wine Awards - Gold

Showcasing deeper strawberries, rose petals, orange blossom, baking spices, and tea leaves waft up from the glass and all gather to produce a complex bouquet. With more sour cherry and ripe raspberry notes than our stunning Signature Pinot Noir, the Tradition offers more acidity, structure with soft integrated tannins and subtle oak. The Pinot Noir Tradition’s lively, slatey-soft palate, and great purity harbours a raspberry elegance that one might expect from a fine Réserve-level wine. A wine of great volume and style: Of Domaine Queylus’ stable of stunning beauties in this wonderful vintage, the Tradition is clearly the ‘deal’ pricewise. Mouth-watering, long and satisfying dark-fruited elegance on the finish.

Aged 16-18 months in French oak.

    100% Wild Fermentation
