The nose is pure and expressive with aromas of orange blossom, tangerine zest and ripe pear, layered with hints of apple and toasted brioche. On the palate, it is precise yet generous, carried by a persistent, creamy mousse and saline acidity with a finish that is bone-dry and mineral.
