Complex on the nose, the 2021 Chardonnay Réserve du Domaine offers a unique combination of ginger, peach blossom, and integrated oak with limestone minerality. This wine is expressive on the palate with kefir lime leaf, white peachy stone-fruit quality and a silky, smooth texture that is balanced by fresh acidity. The same saline minerality that was present on the nose continues throughout the wine to a long and refreshing finish.
Aged 16-18 months in French oak (8%) new.
