Our 2021 Merlot Grande Réserve is 100% Merlot. A nose that reflects the vintage: mulled spices, an earthy note of crushed leaves and fresh picked tomato leaves. Black currant, white pepper, and red fruit are combined with a minerality and an elegant acidity - all adding to the sensation of the layers of complexity on the mid-palate. Finishes with soft hints of cherry and tobacco. Well balanced with softer tannins.
Aged 16-18 months in French Oak Barrels.
100% Wild Fermentation.
Vegan.
