    Join us on i4C weekend for a guided tasting of our 2021 Chardonnays paired with chef-prepared small bites from Tim Mackiddie of Smoke & Barrel Niagara

    You'll also get a chance to sample our still-in-barrel 2022 Chardonnay!

    Each flight will consist of 5 samples, including our 2021 Chardonnay "Cuvée Champlain" with accompanying food pairings.

    Seatings are limited to 10 spots per tasting.
