Restaurant Capelin, a finalist for Air Canada's Best New Restaurants 2026, returns to Queylus for our Annual Winemakers Dinner. Six courses. Seven wines. An intimate evening at the table with our winemaking team and Chef Alex Seaborn, who will walk you through each pairing as it arrives: what is on the plate, what is in the glass, and why they belong together.
