There is a luscious quality to the Merlot grown in the Lincoln Lakeshore. This, along with a dollop of our top Cabernet Franc to lend some minerality allows this single-vineyard assemblage to deliver a seamless single-vineyard wine with rich, complex fruit on the finish and fine-grained tannins promising a regal age-ability.
Aged 16-18 months in French Oak Barrels.
100% Wild Fermentation.
