Limited Edition single vineyard Pinot Noir made from our Mountainview vineyard.
Grown on our Mountainview Estate vineyard in the Lincoln Lakeshore in Beamsville, a single barrel was chosen to make our best Pinot Noir. As we write these notes in 2025, the wine has now had a few years of bottle age and offers and impressive bouquet of ripe cherry, and a hint of violet. The midpalate has subtle notes of dried herbs, red cherry, sweet spice and clove. The finish has a great length and silky fine tannins. The fresh acidity will support the wine as it continues to age - a great example of Lincoln Lakeshore Pinot Noir of red clay origins.
We recommend decanting this wine for a minimum of 30 minutes before enjoying.
