Drink between 2022 and 2030. Deftly blended from the most subtle, ageable and mineral barrels of the noble Eastern blocks of our Estate vineyards in Beamsville and Jordan, this is a wine of great purity.
Aged 16-18 months in French oak (20-25%) new.
