This nose gives notes of dark chocolate, iron, ripe fig, and black fruits, which all gather to produce a complex bouquet. The notes of black cherry and black plum notes carry onto the mid-palate, complemented by clove, leather, earth and anise; this Pinot Noir Tradition is framed with acidity, good structure and grippy, brooding tannins. This is a great food pairing wine.
