Always a mysterious wine that develops slowly into something beautiful. After ten years of vine maturity (115 and 667 Pinot Noir clones), this wine consistently shows black cherry and violets on the nose then shifts to spice, cassis, bramble with structure and tannins. Oak is integrated with a complex finish that offers great potential for aging.
Aged 16-18 months in French oak (20-25%) new.
