The nose reflects a beautifully balanced vintage for Queylus, offering aromas of dark black cherry layered with warm baking spices and a comforting sense of depth. On the palate, the wine remains youthful and vibrant, with fresh kirsch-like cherry fruit and lively acidity. The tannins are fine-grained, the alcohol well-integrated, and the texture silky yet structured. A subtle note of well-integrated oak lingers on the finish, adding complexity and finesse. We recommend decanting this wine prior to serving to allow its full character to emerge.
