Québécois-inspired meat pie crafted with Canadian beef, pork, mushroom, onion, garlic, potato, warm spice, and a touch of Pinot Noir, wrapped in a flaky butter crust and baked fresh in celebration of classic Canadian and Quebec wine-country cuisine.
Served with our Quebec-style fruit ketchup, slowly simmered with tomato, apple, onion, warm spice, and red wine, alongside a seasonal salad dressed in a Chardonnay maple vinaigrette.
